Chef Azad & his culinary team are proud supporters of our local farms in their pursuit of high-quality produce. You’ll find farm-to-table ingredients highlighted on these menus. The culinary team believes boutique farmers should be fairly compensated for their talents and that the ‘farm-to table’ approach delivers superior product with maximum flavor and higher nutritional value for the customer. By connecting directly with food producers, we can ensure that the product used in our kitchens is not only safe but grown under as close-to-optimal standards as possible.
